Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the Event Tech app, console, event websites and our marketing sites, provided by Event Tech LLC. By using them you agree to these terms.

Early access and beta

Event Tech is in early access. Features may change, and things may occasionally break. During the beta the service is provided free of charge. We'll give reasonable notice before any paid plans apply to you, and you can export or delete your data before then.

Your account and your events

  • You're responsible for your account, the people you invite and the roles you give them.
  • You own the content and attendee data you put into Event Tech. You give us permission to process it to provide the service.
  • You confirm you have the right to share attendee data with us and to contact your attendees.

Acceptable use

Don't use Event Tech to break the law, send spam, harass people, infringe others' rights, or attempt to access data that isn't yours. Don't interfere with the service or try to get around its security.

Availability and support

We work hard to keep the service running, especially on event days, but during the beta we don't offer a service level agreement. [Counsel to review warranty disclaimer.]

Ending things

You can stop using Event Tech at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Changes

We'll post updates here and, for material changes, tell account owners by email before they take effect.
