This policy explains what Event Tech LLC ("Event Tech", "we") collects through our websites (event-tech.llc, kickoff.events and events.theater) and through the Event Tech app, console and event websites, and what we do with it.

The short version

  • We collect what you give us and what we need to run your event. We don't sell it.
  • Our marketing sites use no third-party trackers, ad pixels or cookies.
  • Organizers own their event data. Attendees can ask us to delete theirs.

What we collect on these websites

When you fill in the early-access form we receive your name, email, company, event type, rough headcount, any message you write, and which of our sites you used. If analytics are enabled, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies or cross-site tracking.

What we collect in the product

Organizers give us event details and attendee information such as names, emails, roles, tickets and check-in status. Attendees may add profile details and choose whether to appear in an event directory. We process this data on the organizer's behalf, to run their event.

How we use it

  • To provide, secure and improve the service.
  • To respond to early-access requests and support questions.
  • To send service messages. We don't send marketing email to attendees on our own behalf.

Sharing

We use service providers to host and deliver the service (for example, infrastructure and email delivery). They process data only on our instructions. We will publish a list of sub-processors before general availability. We don't sell personal information.

Retention and deletion

Organizers can export and delete their events. Deleting an event deletes its attendee data. Attendees can ask us to delete their data by writing to hello@event-tech.llc. Early-access form submissions are kept while we're talking with you and deleted on request.

Your rights
